Delegates needed for Disciples Regional Assembly on Nov. 7!

VOTING DELEGATES NEEDED!!

If You are interested in being a voting delegate for Desert Heritage Church, please contact the church office ASAP at 480-969-5631 or office@dhcmesa.com.

How Voting Will Work

In light of a virtual meeting our business session will look a little different. While all will be able to watch our Assembly via a streaming service (yet to be determined), all voting delegates will be required to join the Assembly via Zoom in order to vote. We will utilize Zoom's built in Polling feature to receive votes so each delegate needs to attend on a separate device. (In other words, two voting delegates utilizing one device will only receive one vote.)

What We Will Need

Each church pastor (or church office) will need to send in a list of their voting delegates to the Regional Office no later than 10:00am on Monday, October 26. This list must include both the delegate's name and email address. We will then email those individuals a special Zoom link where they will register with their name and email address for the Zoom call. We will be matching up the lists we receive from church offices with the Zoom meeting registrants before sending them the final  Zoom meeting information.

Blessings,

Pastor Derrick and Carson
