Desert Heritage Women's Group
The purpose of Desert Heritage Church Women's Group is to enrich the lives of its members through study, worship, service and fellowship. Meetings are on the Second Monday of the month, at noon September through May on Zoom and in person. We continue to partner with Pastor Derrick, donate to the Pastor's discretionary fund, send greeting cards (birthday, get well, sympathy, etc), collect for and deliver to Treasures4Teachers, recycle aluminum cans and plastic bottles, assemble and distribute “blessing bags” to those in need, organize receptions following funerals and special services, etc. All women are welcome

Peace and Justice Ministry
We, the members and friends of Desert Heritage Church, declare that we are a Peace and Justice Church.
We will endeavor to carry out the Biblical mandate to work towards Peace and Justice in our church, Our community and our world.
Isaiah has written: “Learn to do good; seek justice, rescue the oppressed, defend the orphan, plead for the widow.” Is. 1:17
Peace and Justice go together. To have peace, there must be justice for all people. No one will be
denied into full life, leadership, and ministry of the church due to color of skin, ethnic origin, or sexual.
