God is inviting us to spend time with some spiritual disciplines as we journey through a world that at times seems to be chaotic and troubling. We are given twelve spiritual disciplines that helps us to cope during those moments and help us move towards spiritual maturity.

Disciplines such as Mediation, Prayer, Fasting, Study, Simplicity, Solitude, Submission, Service, Confession, Worship, Guidance and Celebration. Each newsletter, we will focus on one discipline to enable us to have and improve our conscious contact with God, self and others.
